Terms of Service
General
Payment will be made in Paypal (USD only)
I reserve the right to refuse a commission.
If you have any DEADLINE, please state it in advance. Otherwise, I'll proceed the commission as per my commission queue.
You have to pay 50% upfront and the rest of the 50% after I send you the sketch. Once details have been agreed on, you may send me your Paypal email to receive an invoice.
Maximum of 3 revisions will be honored after the sketch process. Additional revisions = additional fees.
I'm allowed to have my break and sort out personal work. Please avoid asking about the commission every day.
Copyright and usage
The commissioned illustration can only be used for non-commercial purposes/ personal use only.
Please do not resell or use for merchandise/ commercial use. Please do not use for AI/ Blockchain/ NFTs.
The Artist may use the commissioned artworks for his portfolio, websites, galleries, exhibitions, conventions and retains all rights to the artworks
If by chance the Client wishes to keep the commissioned artwork private, he/ she should let the Artist know in advance
Refunds/ Cancellations
No refunds will be allowed once I have received payment so please think carefully before you decide to commission!
Refunds will only be given if there are any reason I cannot complete your commission.
I have the right to cancel and refund a commission.

References: Image of the character, scenes if you have one. You can link it to me if anything else fails.
